Return Eligibility for Boutique Items

  • Coffee Products:
    • Unopened, factory-sealed coffee may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
    • Packaging must be intact and in original, resalable condition.
    • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Accessories & Branded Merchandise:
    • Unused items in their original, unopened packaging may be eligible for return within 10 days of delivery.
    • All original components must be included, and items must show no signs of wear or use.
    • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items purchased from the Luxury Leaf Boutique are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used coffee products.
  • Used accessories or merchandise.
  • Items missing original packaging or components.
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during promotional events with specific no-return conditions.

Handling Defective Items

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. In the unlikely event you receive a defective accessory or merchandise item, or significantly damaged coffee packaging:

  • Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage, including images of the original packaging.
  • Subjective concerns regarding coffee flavor profiles are generally not considered defects. Defective claims pertain to demonstrable flaws in materials, workmanship, or packaging integrity.
  • Approved claims for defective items are typically resolved with a replacement of the same item or store credit. A refund to membership points (at a rate of 10 points = $1, where applicable) may be offered at our discretion.

Return Authorization Process

  1. Initiate Request: To request a return for an eligible item, please contact Member Services via email at [email protected].
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and proof of purchase. For defective items, include required photographic evidence.
  3. Await Authorization: Do not ship items back without receiving prior authorization and return instructions from Member Services. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
  4. Return Shipment: If your return is authorized, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back. Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was confirmed defective by Luxury Leaf. Please ensure the item is packaged securely.
  5. Inspection: All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

Refund Methods

Approved refunds for authorized returns will typically be processed via:

  • The original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Store credit applied to your Luxury Leaf account.
  • Membership points credited to your account (if applicable, at a rate of 10 points = $1).

Processing Times

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing after the returned item has been received at our facility.
  • Refunds to credit/debit cards may take an additional 2–10 business days (or 1-2 billing cycles) to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

  • This policy applies to purchases made through the Luxury Leaf online boutique. Returns for items purchased or services rendered at the Luxury Leaf lounge are subject to different terms available on-site.
